Grew up in the now defunct country called “West Germany” , and as a subset of that heritage started Classical Music (piano) at age of 8.

Fed up with it at 14 and started a rock band.. tortured the neighbours trying to cover the entire Wish You Were Here album by Pink Floyd. Started writing own songs and served as keyboard player and lead singer for two years.

Fed up with the noise, took up Jazz and Arrangement at Richard Strauss Conservatory.

Graduated and started Musicology at Ludwigs-University in Munich. Became an expert at transcribing 9th-century music into modern notation.

Bought first music-capable computer ( Atari) and music composing software ( Notator 1.0). First jobs in commercial studios.

Hit the road as freelancing musician and ended up in New York City for nearly three years.

Started as a co-founder a company to do with Music Search and Music Discovery in Geneva, Switzerland.
